Represented a major Atlanta
utility company in the disposition and sale of their corporate headquarters.
The transaction required understanding of entitlement, construction
and financing that resulted in the new development of more than 800,000

Sale and Structure
of Joint Venture – Office
Represented major Atlanta developer
in the sale of multiple Class-A office buildings to a public REIT and
negotiated a new venture
between the REIT and developer to build new speculative office buildings.

Multi-Family Repositioning and
Sale – Multi-family
Represented apartment owner to reposition
a Buckhead development which involved recasting bond debt and provided
the owner the opportunity to buy out existing partner and sell the
asset.

major Atlanta investor in the acquisition of a major Buckhead retail
site. Engaged in every aspect of the transaction including origination
of construction loan, structure joint venture partnership, property
