Corporate Headquarters Property: Sold to The Sembler Company for development of a massive mixed use project, Edgewood Retail District, including 600,000 square feet of prime retail, condominium and senior housing. Total of 38 acres sold for $30 million. John Speros and Larry Wood were Exclusive Marketing Representatives for Atlanta Gas Light Company. This transaction was awarded the 2004 Commercial Real Estate Deal of the Year (Alvin B. Cates Award) by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.

Bullock Mannelly Partners represented the seller in the sale of 30.4 acres to a regional home builder who developed a 244 unit Traditional Neighborhood Development ("TND") with walkable streets and pocket parks. Located in North Fulton County, this project was entitled just before the transition to the City of Milton. This site involved lengthy permitting through local agencies such as Fulton County, ARC, and the EPA. |

Bullock Mannelly Partners was retained by the Howard School to acquire land suitable for their new main campus. This transaction was awarded the 2003 Commercial Real Estate Deal of the Year (Alvin B. Cates Award) by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. The site was known through the commercial real estate industry as one of the most desirable and most difficult assemblages in the city. |

Bullock Mannelly Partners represented Halliburton Energy Services in the sale of four tracts totaling 1,180 acres in Bartow County, Georgia. Portions of the property had been mined for barite, making much of the property unusable. coupled with significant flood plain and environmental contamination, the site was extremely challenging. |
