Bullock Mannelly Partners Land Team specializes
in the brokerage and acquisition of commercial land for development
as well as land for investment. Most of our efforts focus on land
transactions oriented toward shopping centers, free standing retail
parcels, office/industrial parks, redevelopment of existing properties
and high-density residential development.
Our clients benefit from
our considerable knowledge and experience as both a land developer
and a land broker. We are able to pursue transactions from an owner’s
perspective. We provide our clients insight into the total
package of services needed (financing, zoning, construction, marketing, equity
structure and exit strategy) to complete a transaction. We are particularly
qualified to aid clients in navigating through the entire land transaction
process to include land use consultation, tract subdivision, zoning
and entitlement, the marketing of individual development sites and
the disposition of excess property.

many national and regional businesses requiring a principal location
or multi-site locations within a market area. Our Research Department
assists the Land brokers in the assembly of pertinent market information
and in the development and analysis of all issues pertinent to our
clients’ site and
market strategy evaluation. Clients for whom we provide location
services include national retailers, grocers, drug stores, banks
and hotels.
